  23. Displays the *.HLP files. Read GENERAL.HLP for general informations
  24. about JLUTIL, like JL.CNF and general options. If you enter a number
  25. and JLUTIL says 'No help available', then please check, if you have
  26. setup HP= within JL.CNF correctly. Perhaps you should run the help
  27. option in the DEBUG mode to see, which file JLUTIL wants to open.
  28. Perhaps you have the help file for this option not at your system.
  29. If you want to get help about DC for example, JLUTIL tries to display
  30. JLPATH+HP=+DC.HLP.
